ORDER PROCESSING + SHIPPING

 

How long until my order is shipped?

Our initial restock of items will ship Mid-March.

After this time period, please allow 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) for your order to be processed and packaged before it ships out.

 

How long does shipping take?

We're so glad to know you're excited about your items. Once shipped, your order will typically take 2-3 days (excluding Sundays and Holidays) via USPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on the way! 

 

Are there order limits? I'd like to order in bulk.

If you have a large number of items in cart (over 20) you may receive a pause at checkout - but no worries! Please contact us if you're interested in a bulk amount of orders.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, currently we ship internationally to Canada and the UK via USPS.

We will be considering other countries in the future based on visits and analytics. We see you and thank you for your support!

 

RETURNS + REFUNDS

 

What is your refund policy?

All sales are currently final. However, please contact us if you have any issues with your items (wrong order, print errors, etc) and we'll be sure to find a best solution.

What should I do if I think my item is lost or it arrived damaged?

Once shipped, Career Shop for Women is not responsible for lost packages or items damaged in shipping.

Of course, we want your items delivered successfully and safely to you - and we apologize for any inconvenience. If you experience this - USPS prefers all lost item / damage claims for reimbursement be handled here by the customer directly.  To file: read the three steps, choose "show more" on Step 3, and file your claim using your tracking number and item details. If you don't have an account already, you'll be asked to make one to ensure proper updates.
